ISHQAM Mushaira & Kavi Sammelan
Pawan Kumar is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer who is widely known for his literary contributions and Hindi and Urdu poetry. He attended Meer Kabir Foundation’s romantic poetry event, ISHQAM (supported by VBike), as the Chief Guest and recited his shayari. The Mushaira and Kavi Sammelan took place on Sunday, 19 July 2026, at the Multipurpose Hall of the India International Centre, New Delhi.
